Finding a right coach for you can be an overwhelming process especially with the influx of pseudo “fitness gurus” littering our social media pages each sprouting newfound wisdom on how best to live your life.

To make things easier we’ve come up with a simple 3 step process to help you determine if partnering with Everest Fitness is the right choice for you.

Step 1

MEET & GREET

15 Minute Complimentary Informational Session

 

In this session we will discuss your goals and expectations.

What are you looking to achieve?

What are your desired goals?

What tools do you believe will help you reach those goals?

What are you looking for in a coach?

 

In this step we will also answer all your questions to help you make this important decision

 

Step 2

 

Once you’ve decided to partner with us it’s time for Step 2.

 WHITEBOARDING

INCLUDES

The Initial Consultation

45 Minute Whiteboarding Session

 

In this step we will gather all necessary information about you so that we can help you reach your goals. The more your coach knows about you, the greater their ability to create a winning playbook to help you achieve your goals. Our whiteboarding session will analyse:

·       Where You are in your life today VS where You want to be in the future

·       The intricacies of your Environment and how it impacts your goals

·       The role the people in your life play in your vision of your future self

·       What priority you place on achieving your goals

·       Examine roadblocks and challenges as well as best ways of overcoming them

·       Determine necessary investment to achieve desired results in terms of commitment, time and financial investment.

·       The level of support required from your Coach to help you achieve your goals

We put together a future plan (select/discuss appropriate package)

Figure out the why behind the goals

 

Step 3

 ANALYSIS & SET UP

INCLUDES

60 Minute Session

 

The final step of this process focuses on in depth structural and functional assessments of your body to establish physiological intricacies that can prevent certain movements during training. These assessments include:

·       Clinical Appraisal

·       Postural Appraisal

·       Food Matrix / Nutritional Guidelines

·       Sleep and stress assessment

·       Kitchen Audit

The Journey Begins…

Once you’ve gone through the 3 Steps, you are ready for the Coaching Phase to commence. This is where the work begins and you will experience what it’s like to always have someone in your corner, ensuring you are safely and effectively working towards your health and fitness goals. This is different for everyone. Clients at Everest Fitness have the option to Check In with their Coach whenever they feel they need it. Online, or face to face. Anywhere from daily to weekly. Some clients like to train with their Coach on a weekly basis, and some prefer to work on their own. Whatever your preference and budget is, we’ll work with you to ensure you’re on the right path!
