Once you’ve decided to partner with us it’s time for Step 2.
WHITEBOARDING
INCLUDES
45 Minute Whiteboarding Session
In this step, we will gather all the necessary information about you so that we can help you reach your goals. The more your coach knows about you, the greater their ability to create a winning playbook to help you achieve your goals. Our whiteboarding session will analyze:
Where You are in your life today VS where You want to be in the future.
The intricacies of your environment and how it impacts your goals.
The role the people in your life play in your vision of your future self.
What priority you place on achieving your goals.
Examine roadblocks and challenges as well as best ways of overcoming them.
Determine necessary investment to achieve desired results in terms of commitment, time, and financial investment.
The level of support required from your Coach to help you achieve your goals.
We put together a future plan (select/discuss appropriate package).
Figure out the why behind the goals.
STEP3
ANALYSIS & SET UP
INCLUDES
60 Minute Session
The final step of this process focuses on in-depth structural and functional assessments of your body to establish physiological intricacies that can prevent certain movements during training. These assessments include:
Clinical appraisal
Postural appraisal
Food matrix / Nutritional guidelines
Sleep and stress assessment
Kitchen audit
